The Petitioner claims to be a person, who intermittently gets a headache. The medicine prescribed to her by the Doctor is Tablet 'DOLO'.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad is right in submitting that, Migraine is neither a mental disease, nor it can be said to be a condition, which requires specialized treatment from a Super-speciality Hospital.

The case of the Petitioner is not covered by any of the clauses under the Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021.

In these premises, we cannot issue a Writ of Mandamus for entertaining the prayer of the Petitioner to change the posting as per her request.
