The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings is pending since the year 2014. The result of the petitioner of the III year BDS examination is withheld on the ground that validity certifcate is not submitted. Learned AGP appears for Respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr.Sant, advocate appears for Respondent No.4. The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that within six months the validation proceedings would be decided by the Scrutiny Committee.

{2} wp1516419.odt The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 26.12.2019. The Committee shall decide the proceedings within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Respondents No.3 and 4 shall not withhold result of petitioner's examination/s only on the ground that validity certifcate is not submitted. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the petitioner shall not be restrained from prosecuting his studies of IV year only on the ground that validity proceedings is pending. Respondents No.3 and 4 shall adopt further course of action depending upon the decision that would be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee.

With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
