The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the proposal submitted to the Deputy Director seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner from part time to full time is pending since 2016. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, in case the proposal is pending the Deputy Director would decide it on its own merits.

In view of the above, we pass following order. 5.

In case the proposal is filed by the petitioner and same is pending with the Deputy Director of Education (Exhibit - C page 29), then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
