Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufficient to justify the delay. On perusal of the contents of the applications, it is revealed that sufficient explanation has been provided by the acquiring body. I am, therefore, inclined to allow these applications. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. The learned Shri L.C. Patil waives notice for the respondent in all these matters.
