The civil application is filed for recall of the order issuing bailable warrant against the applicant no. 3.

We were constrained to issue bailable warrant to the applicant no. 3 because of the indifference shown by applicant no. 3 to the orders passed by this Court so also the notice issued. We do not appreciate the contents of the application. That would tantamount to dereliction of duty.

Further considering the fact that applicant no. 3 has tendered the unconditional apology and has shown remorse, we are not passing any further orders. Applicant No. 3 shall be diligent in future. If such negligence is repeated, we would be constrained to take necessary action.

In light of the above, the order issuing bailable warrant against Applicant No. 3 is recalled. The civil application is disposed of. 5.
