It is submitted that, award is passed on 30th May, 2016, however, compensation amount is not paid to the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the proposal for the amount has been sent by the acquiring body to the State.

Considering the fact that, the award is already passed on 30th May, 2016, it would be appropriate on the part of respondents to pay the amount of compensation as per the award dated 30th May, 2016, of course, in case there is no other

2 wp 15392.17 prohibitory orders. The respondents shall make the payment of amount of compensation as per award dated 30.05.2016 to which the petitioner would be entitled, in case there is no other impediment expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
