DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- We had, under the order dated 17.12.2019, directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.20 lakh. We had observed that we would entertain the writ petition only if the petitioner shows bonafide by depositing the said amount. We had directed the petitioner to deposit the said amount of Rs.20 lakh within three weeks and restrained the respondents from taking possession.
The learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the above direction to deposit the amount of Rs.20 lakh, the petitioner has enjoyed the interim relief for three weeks without
