The petitioner has approached this Court against the order not granting interim relief. The original application is pending before the Tribunal.

We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader. 3.

According to the petitioner, the order relieving the petitioner is issued illegally. In the earlier original application the respondents have tendered apology for filing false affidavit and on the same date the appointment order was issued.

This Court on 17.12.2019 passed the following order. "Till returnable date the position obtaining as on the date in respect of the post which has been occupied by the petitioner be maintained."

Cause of justice would be sub served, if the aforesaid order passed by this Court on 17.12.2019 is continued till the disposal of the original application. We hope that the Tribunal would decide the original application expeditiously.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
