The Petitioner has filed a representation dated 07.09.2023, seeking a roving inquiry into various entries in relation to the agricultural land Gut Nos. 20 and 42. No provision is cited, inasmuch as the Petitioner is unaware under what provision such a representation is filed. It is conceded that mutation entries have already been carried out by the competant authority under the orders of the Civil Court. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed. If the Petitioner has any statutory remedy available, he may take a recourse to such remedy, subject to the law of limitation. All contentions are kept open.
