1] The learned AGP for the applicant-State, on instructions from the Land Acquisition Officer Mr. Ganesh Nirhali, who is present in person submits that though strictly the fact situation does not fall within the parameters laid down in the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 inasmuch as the amount awarded exceeds four times by barely Rs.50/- per Are, still the Land Acquisition Officer is seeking to withdraw the First Appeal as it still falls within the spirit of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018.

-22] The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

3] Court fee be refunded as per rules.

4] Civil Application is disposed of.

5] If the money is deposited in this Court the respondents/claimants are entitled to receive it together with interest accrued thereon.
