The grievance of the Petitioner is that, Revision Application No.1137/2023 that has been filed before Respondent No.2/Hon'ble Minister, Forest and Revenue Department, Mumbai, on 23/02/2023, has not even been noticed, much less, any hearing on the same.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to issue notices to the concerned Respondents in the pending Revision Application, within a period of 15 days from today and decide the proceedings by following the due procedure laid down in law, on or before 31/05/2024.
