Learned counsel for the respondents-original claimants, on instructions, submits that the respondentsoriginal claimants have no objection if the delay of 89 days occurred in preferring the appeal is condoned. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly.
