The Petitioners contend that the Percolation Tank No.1 at Morphali, Tq. Dhrur, Dist. Beed received administrative approval No.846/ dated 08/04/2023 in file No.2003 EGS/Desk 4CRWS/2559. Their lands were acquired on 20/05/2007 by private negotiations. Nothing has progressed thereafter. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to the District Collector, Beed, to consider the representations of the Petitioners, dated 20/05/2019 and 21/05/2019 after perusing the records, a decision be arrived at within 60 days. If it is noticed that the lands of the Petitioners are

2748.20wp (2) acquired for the construction of the Percolation Tank, steps as prescribed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (for short 'the said Act') shall be initiated and the said process shall be completed within the timeline as is prescribed in the said Act.
