This matter is not on board. An extreme urgency was voiced at 10.30 a.m. and hence, the matter was taken on the production board at 2.30 p.m. 2.

Leave to correct the typed copy of the impugned order dated 06/12/2019 at page No. 115, is granted. 3.

I have considered the grievance of the Petitioners and perused the hand written roznama. Respondent No. 2 had initially ordered status-quo. Subsequently, the word 'status quo' was over written

and converted into 'staty' and the further word 'DJDRS' was 'DJRCS'. Grievance of the Petitioners is that, considering the dispute involved in this case falling under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act 2014, the Petitioners and other persons have become landless and a law and order situation is created.

Even the District Deputy Registrar apprehends a law and order situation and this has been intimated to the Police Inspector of police station Dhoki. 5.

I fnd that the competent authority is considering the proceedings in accordance with law as is required. The next date of hearing is posted on 06/01/2020. However, the Petitioners desire to move an application for seeking "status-quo'' in order to avoid a law and order situation.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of.

If the Petitioners prefer an application for interim orders in the pending proceedings before Respondent No.2, the said Respondent shall consider the said application after hearing all the sides and shall pass a reasoned order on its merits. If the parties proceed with the pending proceedings and advance their oral / written fnal submissions on 06/01/2020, provided the pleadings are complete, Respondent No. 2 shall proceed to decide the said proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 31/01/2020.
