This is the Application by the Appellants - State for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Deceased - Original Claimant, namely, Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne.

In Paragraph No.3 of the Application, the names of four [04] Applicants are mentioned as the legal heirs of the Deceased - Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne. A copy of the Death Certificate showing the name of Deceased as 'Rajkumar Tulshiram Boyne' and also a copy of legal heir certificate issued by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ahmedpur are enclosed with the Application.

Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four [04] weeks. After the amendment is carried, the order dated 16/04/2025 passed in Civil Application No.4393/2023 can be executed; that is, the order keeping the said order in abeyance stands relaxed.
