In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.6 to take decision on said representation, if already not taken, on its own merits and keeping in view the relevant policy and guidelines, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today.

We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this petition. It is for respondent No.6 to consider said representation.
