State of U. P. and others, 2008 All SCR 1890, Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe v. Hemant Yashwant Dhage, (2016) 6 SCC 277 and Vinubhai Haribhai Malviya Vs. The State of Gujrat and another, AIR 2020 SC( CRI) 289. 2.

The criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
