By order dated 09.10.2025, this court had passed conditional order allowing suspension of sentence, subject to deposit of 30% of the amount in this court on or before 16.10.2025. Learned counsel pointed out that, such timeline could not be complied with, and therefore, this court by order dated 17.10.2025, had vacated the interim relief. Learned counsel submits that, today he is ready to deposit 30% amount with the Registrar of this Court and he is also carrying demand draft to that extent. 2.

In view of above, on deposit of the aforesaid amount, the order passed by this court on 17.10.2025 is hereby recalled, and the order dated 09.10.2025 granting interim relief by way of suspension of sentence, is restored. Criminal Application is disposed off. (ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, J.) Tandale
