Though Respondent no.5 has strong objection, we are only considering the fact that in the application it is stated that proposed respondent no.6 is claiming right over the post in respect of which the petitioner is seeking relief and, therefore, civil application stands allowed and disposed off to the extent of addition of party as respondent no.6 in the Writ Petition. 3.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
