After disinclination is shown to grant any relief to the applicant, learned advocate for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application. It will not be out of place to mention here that there are office objections, which appears to have not been removed up-til now, and, therefore, before we grant approval for the withdrawal, we direct learned advocate for the applicant to remove office objections within a period of one week from today.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant was selected in police department and her name appeared at serial no.19. Joining of the applicant is delayed due to document verification i.e. police report and due to pendency of this case, there is hurdle.

After we have shown disinclination, he submits that the trial be expedited. Ordinarily, we would not have expedited the trial as we are aware that the Magistrate Courts are also burdened with heavy pendency, however, to limited extent, we may grant liberty that, if an application is made by the present applicant for expediting the trial, and accused persons co-operate, then the Magistrate may expedite the trial and decide it as early as possible. Criminal Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
