The Petitioners have challenged their posting orders dated 06/07/2017 by filing this Writ Petition on 10/12/2023. 2.

Considering the passage of more than six years, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. 3.

If both the Petitioners, who claim to be a married couple, desire to make fresh applications for a fresh posting, they are at liberty to follow the due procedure laid down in law in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021. If such applications are filed, the Authorities concerned would deal with

15717.23wp (2) the said applications strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and the policies applicable, within 90 days. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
