The Petitioner is aggrieved that the District Supply Officer has not considered it's application for allotment of a fair price shop license, and has selected Respondent No.4. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the impugned communication is just a decision of the Committee and further steps have to be taken in accordance with the procedure as is laid down in law. Moreover, if the Petitioner has any cause of action

(( 2 )) 911-WP-15726-2023 against the selection of Respondent No.4 and it's non selection, it may approach the Deputy Collector, Civil Supplies and further proceedings can be taken to the Hon'ble Minister. This Petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the statutory remedies as are prescribed in law.
