For the reasons to be recorded separately, the petition is partly allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and accordingly we direct that the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Staff Nurse be considered as per the advertisement issued by respondent No.2 from Ex-serviceman category without insisting the criteria applied in the Government Resolution dated 27.6.2008.
