By order dated 4th December, 2017, this Court has stayed the effect of the order for four weeks so as to enable the Applicant / wife to approach the Supreme Court. The learned counsel submits that due to the vacation, the Applicant / wife is not in a position to approach the Supreme Court and thus, requests for extension of four weeks time. The learned counsel submits that he has informed about seeking of extension of time to the learned counsel for Respondent / husband and he has given no objection for the same.

In view of the above, the time is extended by another four weeks and the order of stay would continue till further period of four weeks. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. [ V. K. JADHAV, J. ] ndm
