There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as, directions are sought in terms of prayer clause `C'

that, the Respondent authority be directed to decide the representations of the petitioner, which are at Exhibit `B'

and Exhibit `C' of compilation of this Writ Petition within stipulated time. In that view of the matter, we direct

249.18WP Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations at Exhibit `B' and `C' of the compilation of this Petition, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 25th January, 2018 and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised in the representations submitted by the petitioner to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
