The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays for a posting in Navapur Taluka of PESA/Tribal area.

There is no impugned order in this Petition. There is no representation filed. There is no online application made for seeking a transfer.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would follow the due procedure and make a fresh application for consideration of his prayer in terms of the G.R. dated 05.03.2015. The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that any other Government Resolution, if introduced by the Government in relation to

905wp15690-23 the Nandurbar Zilla Parishad, would also be considered and the request of the Petitioner would be looked into for the academic year 2024-25, if it is feasible and practicable, subject to the availability of the vacancies. 4.

In view of the above statements, the parties to act accordingly. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed off.
