The applicant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of

3 907 to 913 ca 13988.25 delay ranging from 1315 to 1322 days causing in filing the first appeals.

Learned counsel appears for the respondent - claimants. Learned A. G. P. appears for the respondent - State and acquiring body in respective matters.

The respondents have not raised objection regarding condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the applications, I find it is desirable to condone the delay. Besides that no malafides can be inferred on the part of the acquiring body to prefer appeals belatedly. The delay in all these applications stands condoned. Office is directed to register first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
