PER COURT:

This Court under order dated 9.3.2018, directed the appellant/acquiring body to deposit the entire decrtal amount within a stipulated period. But, the acquiring body did not take any steps for depositing the amount. Therefore, the stay granted by this court has already been vacated automatically without reference to this court. In view of the fact that stay has been vacated, there is no impediment for the claimants to pursue the award by availing remedy under law for recovery of the decretal amount. Accordingly, Civil Application stands disposed of.
