The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the communication of the District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, dated 12.09.2023 has been received by the Director of Health Services, Mumbai. He further submits, on instructions, that the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.09.2013 (it is stated that the date should be read as 12.09.2023), has also been received by the office of the Deputy Director of Health Services, Latur, on 12.09.2023.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the pending representation can be decided by the Committee

The learned AGP submits that at least 12 weeks may be granted.

Since the Committee is in place and the representation of the Petitioner is acknowledged, we would expect the Committee to take a decision on the said representation within eight weeks from today. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
