The Civil Application is filed seeking leave to amend the petition. It is submitted that the order dated 28.1.2019 was not communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner got knowledge of the order subsequent to filing of petition and the said amendment is sought.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 to 3. Respondent no.4 though served, none appears for respondent no.4. 3.

Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel appears for the intervenor and states that the intervenor is the President of respondent no.4 - Trust. 4.

The Writ Petition is at admission stage. The non-applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application No.828 of 2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The applicant is permitted to amend the petition as prayed. Civil Application disposed of.
