Perused both the applications.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the claimants. They submitted that the appeals are disposed of in the National Lok-Adalat. They pointed out that the amount under the impugned judgment and award is deposited in the Court, however, it is deposited in the connected matter due to resembles in the name of the claimant/s.

938-939 ca.14010.25 anr.odt Both the learned Advocates submitted that the Registry may be directed to make suitable corrections in their record as per MACP record and the Registry may be further directed to permit withdrawal/transfer as per corrected record and also the office of MACT, Dhule may be directed to permit withdrawal in favour of original claimants as per directions given by the Tribunal in the impugned order.

For the reasons stated in the applications and considering the submissions of the learned Advocates for the appellant and the claimants, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, both the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) to (D).
