The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of petitioners are pending since the year 2008 and 2017.

Considering the fact that validation proceedings are in respect of the father and son and the proceedings of father are pending since the year 2008 and further the son is exploring possibilities of taking admission in professional course, we pass following order:

ORDER

(I) The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 30.01.2020.

(2) 912-wp-1012-2020 (II) The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 30.05.2020.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
