At the outset, the learned advocate for the applicants submits that the learned Special Judge vide order dated 25.11.2025 has allowed the application for bail, however, by condition No.2(ii), it is directed that the applicants should not stay in Aurangabad city. The said condition is sought to be modified here in this Criminal Application.

Since the applicants have not moved for relaxation of the condition before the same Court, the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach before the same Court,

In view of the above, this Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach before the concerned Court.
