This application is filed for condonation of delay of 145 days in filing appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants being agriculturists time was required for making arrangement of money for filing the appeal. 3.

Learned AGP for the State opposes this application.

However, this appeal is preferred against the award passed by the Reference Court. Applicants being poor agriculturists, it is reasonable that they need some time for collection of money to file the appeal.

Therefore, Civil Application is allowed.

Delay of 145 days is condoned. The applicants shall file written undertaking that they will not claim any interest for delayed period. Written undertaking submitted by the applicants be kept in the First Appeal.
