Dated : September 10, 2024 PER COURT :- 1.

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 3.9.2024, the parties have worked out the settlement. On instruction of the parties, Tahsildar has prepared the map of alternate road. Panchanama is prepared which is at page No. 97 of this petition. In terms of the panchanama, alternate road is sought to be given to the respondent herein/original complainant. The parties have agreed to the same. Photographs of the sites are produced on record which are marked as Exhs. 'X' and 'XX' for the purpose of identificateion. Exh. X reflects original position as directed by the Tahsildar and Exh. XX reflects the position which is now sought to be implemented by the parties.

On instruction, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has received telephonic instructions that the petitioner is willing to abide by the grant of passage as indicated in document at Exh. XX. 3.

The petitioner to grant access to the respondents in terms of Exh.XX. The petitioner also accepts the document at page No. 97 which is signed by

CA 15341/23 the mother and brother of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of consent noted above. Civil Application, if any, are also disposed of.
