Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, in this civil application the name of applicant No.3 is mentioned as Sonali d/o Rama Panzade instead of Sonaji s/o Rama Panzade. It is so mentioned in the memo of appeal so also in the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

In view of the same, leave to correct the name of the applicant No.3 in civil application. Correction be carried out forthwith. 3.

Office to disburse the amount to the applicants-original claimants in terms of the order dated 2.11.2020 as per the correction permitted today.
