It appears that the respondent insurer has preferred an appeal against the judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T. Latur in M.A.C.P. No. 15 of 2015 to the extent of quantum alone. 3.

In view of the above and since the bread earner of the family met with an accidental death and all the applicants were depending on his income, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty lacs only) at present, out of the amount deposited before this Court.

The aforesaid withdrawal is permitted in terms of clause (3) of the operative part of order dated 5.5.2018 passed by the Ex-Officio

At the request of learned counsel for the applicants-original claimants, the aforesaid amount of Rs.50,00,000/- shall be transferred to the M.A.C.T. Latur and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the said amount by furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Tribunal.
