Both learned counsel point out that this matter is settled between the parties and consent terms are drawn. The consent terms are taken on record. 2.

In view of consent terms, Criminal Application No.4798 of 2025 for withdrawal of amount is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the name of applicant appearing in the Bank Account No.2971962775 in Central Bank of India is "Laxmi Rajendra Koli", which is her maidan name. Therefore, he prays that the amount be transferred to the said bank account.

In view of above, amount be transferred to the aforesaid bank account. 5.

As the matter is settled between the parties, Criminal Application No.466 of 2025 and Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.1262 of 2025 are disposed of. ( ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, J. ) SPT
