These three Petitioners are keen to see Ambajogai in the shape and form of a 'District' in the light of the District Re-organization Committee's Report/recommendation, dated 06/01/2009.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, this is purely and squarely within the domain of the State Government and a Writ of Mandamus for formation of a District, cannot be issued. 3.

We find that the Petitioners could approach the State Government, since they claim to be the residents of Ambajogai.
