The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as junior clerk is pending since April 2018.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as junior clerk (Page No. 29) is pending with the Education Ofcer, then the Education Ofcer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within six months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
