Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Shelke, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos. 3 to 5.

Mr. Jaybhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming

wp4132.18 limited relief that the representation given by the petitioner (Page 25) is not decided by respondent no.3 even after two years.

In case, the representation (Page 25) is pending with respondent no.3, respondent no.3 shall take decision on it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
