The respondents have not disputed the amount payable to the petitioner as per the calculations filed by the respondents no.3 and 4 alongwith affidavit-in-reply at page 82. The respondents shall pay the amount admitted by them at page 82 in the affidavit-in-reply as per the details given therein within two months.

Mr Ghatol submits that even arrears of salary are due against the respondents. The petitioner may seek redressal of the grievance with regard to arrears of salary and other benefits before the appropriate forum.
