The application is filed for recalling the order of dismissal of Contempt Petition, which was made for default for nonproduction of the copies for service of notice on the respondents. In view of the submissions made in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order is recalled. The proceeding is restored to its original number. Office objections to be complied before 16th March 2018, failing which the proceedings shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. If the copies are supplied, notices be issued as per the first order of notice made in the contempt petition to respondent No.4, made returnable on 25th April 2018.
