The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court against the order of Sub Divisional Ofcer because of the exigency in the matter. The petitioner has to appear in the NEET examination. The father of the petitioner is issued with the validity certifcate. The Sub Divisional Ofcer has rejected the application. The petitioner can fle an appeal before the Scrutiny Committee against the order of the Sub Divisional Ofcer. In case, appeal is fled by the Committee, the concerned Scrutiny Committee shall decide the appeal expeditiously considering that the petitioner requires the caste certifcate for the purpose of NEET examination and shall endeavour to decide the appeal
