Learned Counsel for respondents are not in a position to challenge veracity of contents in application for condonation of delay. In the circumstances, for reasons contained in application, delay occurred in filing the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 27th June 2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 132 of 2011, is condoned. Civil Application is allowed.
