ORDER:

The petitioner is challenging the order disqualifying the petitioner as member of village panchayat.

The law is settled. The Full Bench of this Court in Anant H. Ulhalkar Vs. Chief Election Commissioner (2017 (1) Mh.L.J.431) has held that provisions of section 10(1)(A) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act are mandatory and non submission of validity certificate for whatsoever reason within stipulated period entails disqualification. The said judgment has been upheld by the Apex Court.

In view of that no errors has been committed. Writ petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs.
