Heard rival submissions. The applicants/appellants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondents No. 3-C Harischandra Tulshiram Mhaske in Second Appeal No. 500 of 2000 by considering the delay of 1044 days.

The learned counsel for deceased Respondent No. 3C though opposed the application, but considering the right to

12ca2106.24 sue the application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1,500/- (Rs. Fifteen Hundred Only) to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Library within a period of two weeks.

Amendment be carried out without stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
