The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the earlier representation was not in the proper format. The Petitioner would file appropriate proposal to the State Government through the office bearers of the Grampanchayat within 4 weeks from today.

In the eventuality the proposal is received by the Collector within 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within eight (8) weeks in accordance with law.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
