After the hearing in this matter progressed to some extent and after this Court expressed it's disinclination to entertain this petition in the light of the statutory efficacious remedy available, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners would withdraw this petition and avail of the remedy as is permissible in law. He further submits that these petitioners have already availed of the remedy by approaching the Arbitrator.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn so as to enable the petitioners to pursue the remedy which they have already availed of. All claims as may be permissible to be
