By way of these applications the respective applicants who are the original accused are seeking modification of order dated 09.12.2021, while suspending their substantive sentences of imprisonment. Though the learned Counsel for respondents opposed the applications but this Court vide order dated 31st October, 2023 has already modified clause - d of the aforesaid order dated 09.12.2021 for another accused in Pooja K.

905 Appln-4453-2023 this matter. As such, the same order will follow in these applications also.

As such, the order dated 09.12.2021 stands modified only in respect of clause - d of the same as follows : Clause - d :- The applicants shall attend the Trial Court once in six months i.e. on first working day of the month in between 11:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., during the pedency of these appeals.
